During class
- Please maintain verbal silence. (Before, During and After class in the practice room)
- If it is your first class take it easy and pace yourself for the 90 minutes.
- You can sit or stand out a posture if you need too.
- Please try to stay in the room for the whole 90 minutes.
To say "I'm not flexible, I can't do yoga" is like saying "I'm not fit I shouldn't go to the gym". You might as well say "I'm dirty, I shouldn't take a shower".
Practised regularly (3 or more times per week) Bikram Yoga rapidly develops strength, flexibility and balance. It also greatly increases one's sense of health and well being, mental clarity, calmness and peace of mind.
